We accept returns on eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team at info@meaningfulplaystore.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the item back.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@meaningfulplaystore.com.
We require customers to inspect all orders immediately upon receipt. If an item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us promptly at info@meaningfulplaystore.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Certain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
Personal care and hygiene items (such as beauty or grooming products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. All returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
